I did indeed get a netbook, so I will be posting much more frequently now that I don't have to fight Rich for computer time. haha! Love him!
A basic wrapup of the month of December:
1) still training for that crazy half-marathon in February
2) sinus infection
3) Emily got the flu
4) Rain, rain and more rain
5) Work is bonkers
6) I have a recipe for the most awesome peanut butter pie loved by all who have had it. I'll post it soon!
Here are some pics from Christmas:
Emily with her PawPaw bringing Ralph the cat inside.
Emily investigating her boogies in the middle of throwing a tantrum waiting for Daddy to get out of the bathroom.
Santa passed!!! The two baby dolls were old babies, but check out the baby stroller, baby swing (which doubles as a high-chair) and baby playpen. Emily did get more baby dolls, but we used these to show her how the equipment worked.
Hugging her Disney Princess' wrapping paper. If you happen to see a pack on sale at Wal-Mart, BUY it. The paper is actually quite pretty with Belle, Cinderella and others.
If Santa saw this, he would FREAK out. The cat has decided to make the baby doll playpen her own. I see she seems to be balding at the ears already at the ripe old age of three.
Upcoming posts include: UnResolutions for 2013 (remember my UnResolutions from last year which were invaded by my brain inflammation?); a couple of book reviews; my plans for books for 2013; my own writing plans for 2013; and I know I have soooo many people interested in my running - just kidding - I think I literally have only two readers interested in my running...but I am actually bringing old school Jillian Michaels to my workouts; and of course I'll start cooking more (ahem) and have actual CRAFTS that I intend to make with Emily.
How were your holidays? Was Santa good to you?
Cute pics! I bet Emily loves her baby stuff!
